Ubiquitous Computing Ubiquitous, pervasive computing definitions and examples. Ubiquitous systems properties: invisibility, autonomy, adaptability, proactiveness, context awareness, mobility, security. Impact of constrained resources on hardware and software. Architecture specifics of microcomputers for ubiquitous systems. Communication among the ubiquitous system elements. Data acquisition, flow and information processing. Software design and implementation for ubiquitous systems. Interaction with human users.
